Key Responsibilities For State & Local Tax Analyst (SALT):
- Conduct research on state and local tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance for clients
- Prepare and review state and local tax filings, including income, sales, and property taxes
- Assist in developing tax planning strategies to minimize clients' state and local tax liabilities
- Analyze financial data to support state and local tax compliance and consulting projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated tax solutions to clients

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification or working towards obtaining CPA license
- 2+ years of experience in state and local tax compliance and consulting
- Strong knowledge of state and local tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and tax software

Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Taxation or related field
- Experience working in a public accounting firm
- Knowledge of tax provision software such as Corptax or ONESOURCE
- Ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to clients and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Compensation & Benefits:
