Position Summary
TimeSolv is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Customer Success Manager to manage our key strategic partnerships. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our relationships with key partners, ensuring their success with TimeSolv, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration and expansion. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping partners maximize the value of our software and achieve their business goals. You will also be a key liaison between our partners and internal TimeSolv teams, advocating for their needs and ensuring alignment across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic partners.
- Understand partners' business goals and objectives, and align TimeSolv's solutions to meet their needs.
- Onboard new partners and provide comprehensive training on TimeSolv software.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track progress, identify challenges, and develop solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and increase revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and new product offerings.
- Serve as a point of escalation for partner issues and work with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
- Collaborate with TimeSolv's sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Track partner performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Represent TimeSolv at industry events and conferences (occasional travel may be required).
- Utilize CRM and other relevant tools to manage partner interactions and track progress.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or partner management.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Must be located within the United States.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote work environment, including strong self-discipline, time management, and communication skills.
Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need the following:
- Dedicated Home Office: A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- High-Speed Internet: A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps.
- Computer Equipment: A modern computer with a webcam, microphone, and headset. TimeSolv provides a home office stipend to help with equipment setup.
- Time Zone Alignment: Must be available to work during standard business hours in the [Eastern/Central/Mountain/Pacific - Based on primary partner locations] time zone.

Compensation & Benefits
