Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager - Customer Success to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive customer success and business growth for BCG's digital products and solutions. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and execute strategies that enhance customer value and expand market reach. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners aligned with BCG's customer success objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, including commercial terms, service level agreements, and joint marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, marketing, customer success) to develop and execute partnership strategies.
  • Monitor partner performance and track key metrics to measure the success of partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner programs and drive greater customer value.
  • Lead regular partner meetings and provide ongoing support and training.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for strategic partnerships within BCG.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or customer success.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Experience with CRM and partner management tools.
  • Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless remote work experience, the following technical requirements must be met:

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
  • Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
  • Company-provided laptop and necessary software.
  • Ability to participate in virtual meetings and training sessions during standard US business hours.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in the consulting or technology industry.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this fully remote position is $130,000 - $170,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
