Position Summary

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end supply chain activities for a designated product line, ensuring optimal inventory levels, accurate demand forecasting, and seamless coordination between sales, operations, and logistics. This remote role reports to the Director of Global Supply Chain and works closely with cross‑functional teams to support Lam Research’s strategic objectives and maintain high service levels for customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust demand forecasting models using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs.
• Manage inventory across multiple locations, balancing service targets with cost efficiency.
• Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning supply plans with business goals.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics partners to resolve supply constraints.
• Utilize ERP systems to execute purchase orders, track shipments, and generate accurate reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics to enhance forecast accuracy and inventory turnover.
• Prepare and present regular status updates to senior leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 13 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within high‑tech or manufacturing environments.
• Proven expertise in demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Hands‑on experience with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Demonstrated proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of thriving in a remote work setting.

Required Education

Degree classification: Others (relevant technical certifications, professional training, or equivalent practical experience will be considered).

Desired Skills

• Advanced knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques and tools (e.g., R, Python, or SAS).
• Familiarity with lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in global supply chain coordination across multiple time zones.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $61,000 to $87,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
