Position Summary

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end supply chain activities for a designated product line, ensuring optimal inventory levels, accurate demand forecasting, and seamless coordination between sales, operations, and logistics. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory across multiple locations, balancing service targets with cost efficiency.
  • Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning supply plans with business goals.
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics partners to resolve supply constraints.
  • Utilize ERP systems to execute purchase orders, track shipments, and generate accurate reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics to enhance forecast accuracy and inventory turnover.
  • Prepare and present regular status updates to senior leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 to 13 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within high‑tech or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven expertise in demand forecasting and inventory management.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Hands‑on experience with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of thriving in a remote work setting.

Required Education

Degree classification: Others (relevant technical certifications, professional training, or equivalent practical experience will be considered).

Desired Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques and tools (e.g., R, Python, or SAS).
  • Familiarity with lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience in global supply chain coordination across multiple time zones.
  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM) or similar.
  • Understanding of semiconductor industry dynamics and component lifecycles.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $61,000 to $87,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
