Key Responsibilities For Talent Acquisition Manager:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Talent Acquisition Manager position at McKinsey & Company in Columbus, Ohio is $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
