Key Responsibilities for Tax Manager:

- Supervise and mentor tax staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA license preferred
- 5+ years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on individual and corporate tax
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Taxation or related field
- Experience with tax software such as ProSystem fx Tax or CCH Axcess
- Prior experience in a public accounting firm
- Ability to identify tax planning opportunities for clients
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Tax Manager position at Crowe LLP in Indianapolis, Indiana is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from $90,000 to $120,000.
