Key Responsibilities For Tax Manager:
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
- Manage all aspects of the company's tax planning, including researching tax issues, preparing tax provisions, and overseeing tax audits
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to optimize tax efficiency and support business initiatives
- Stay current on changing tax laws and regulations to advise management on potential impacts and opportunities
- Provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions, acquisitions, and restructuring efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Master's in Taxation preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate tax, including tax compliance and planning
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
- Experience with tax research tools and tax compliance software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
- Experience in a public accounting firm or multinational corporation
- Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Tax Manager position at Oracle NetSuite in Atlanta, Georgia is $100,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience.
