Key Responsibilities for Training & Development Manager:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to meet the organization's strategic goals.
- Identify training needs through collaboration with department heads and conducting assessments.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Training & Development Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering various training methods, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and other training software.
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources Development, or related field.
- Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Familiarity with data analytics to measure training effectiveness.
- Ability to adapt training programs for a remote or hybrid work environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
