Key Responsibilities for Training & Development Manager:

- Knowledge of performance management processes and talent development strategies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and drive organizational change through learning initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Training & Development Manager position at Salesforce in Minneapolis, Minnesota is $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
