Key Responsibilities for UI Designer:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs
- Create user interface designs for digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to visualise design concepts
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs accordingly
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet technical requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI design to enhance design quality and innovation

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects for web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Degree in Design, Digital Media, or relevant field

Desired Skills:
- Experience with animation and interaction design
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to fast-paced project requirements
- Experience with responsive design principles
- Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
