Position Summary

The UX/UI Designer will join UPS’s digital product team on a remote basis, contributing to the design of intuitive, high‑impact user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • 0 to 9 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
  • Demonstrated mastery of interaction design principles and a solid understanding of user behavior and psychology.
  • Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
  • Experience designing animation and micro‑interaction elements that improve user engagement.
  • Strong track record of working within collaborative design processes and cross‑functional teams.
  • Portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design projects, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences.

Required Education

Degree classification: Others – includes associate degrees, professional certifications, or equivalent practical experience in design, human‑computer interaction, or related disciplines.

  • Knowledge of front‑end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate design handoff.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard design.

Compensation & Benefits
