Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and facilitate feedback sessions
- Manage the offer process and negotiate compensation packages

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a remote work environment
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring technical talent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Technical Recruiter position at Atlassian is $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer remote-specific benefits, including a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, and opportunities for virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups, with expenses covered by the company.
