Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

The intern will be a critical part of the legal team, involved in research and drafting pertaining to complex legal problems in the housing sector:

Preparation of Research Notes: Collating relevant documents and researching positions of law on complex issues. This includes updating on laws/bylaws/rules/regulations applicable to housing, such as RERA Rules, Labour Cess Act, Environmental Clearance, and Building Bye Laws.
Real Estate Drafting: Drafting and research notes related to property law and complex real estate transactions.
Litigation Briefing: Preparing comprehensive briefs, lists of dates, and case documents for senior High Court and Supreme Court counsels to obtain legal opinions.
Compliance Monitoring: Working with allied corporate laws relevant to the company's operations across NCR, Gujarat, and Rajasthan.
