Position Summary:

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools for remote hiring processes
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet connection
- Proficient in using remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working in a virtual team environment with flexible working hours
- Availability to work within Pacific to Eastern time zones for team meetings and collaboration

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary range: $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience
